Transforming Healthcare Through Strategic Partnership
Saudi Health Training Center (SaudiHTC) was established in 2014 through a strategic collaboration between Alfaisal University and industry partners, uniting world-class academic excellence with deep operational expertise in healthcare workforce development.
Since our founding, we have rapidly scaled to become one of the Kingdom's most trusted partners in healthcare education, serving the Ministry of Health, Saudi Health Council, King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, and numerous health clusters across the nation. Our work spans clinical training, leadership development, occupational safety and health, and digital learning innovation — all aligned with the transformative goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Health Sector Transformation Program.
In recognition of our capabilities, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MOHRSD) entrusted SaudiHTC with the mandate to establish and operate the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) — the Kingdom's first dedicated institution for OSH professional development and regulatory training.

National Mandates & Responsibilities
NIOSH — National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health
Mandated by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MOHRSD), Saudi HTC is responsible for establishing and operating the Kingdom's first National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. NIOSH delivers regulatory training, professional certification, and research in occupational safety — a critical pillar of Saudi Arabia's labor market transformation.
Health Sector Transformation Support
Saudi HTC actively supports the Health Sector Transformation Program through clinical documentation training for 5,000+ healthcare professionals, accreditation of 21 primary healthcare centers as training facilities, and the deployment of 5 remote simulation centers across the Kingdom.
